During the interview process, advancement was discussed as though I would move up quickly and could achieve my career goals with full support of the staff, but soon after working there I realized that was not the case. Management shows extreme favoritism, and didn't follow through after we discussed advancement. There is little accountability which made is very confusing to me as I started working alone fairly quickly. Not a job for advancement The job is great for a high school student or someone who is starting out working for the first time.
